I had an amazing stay at this hotel/apartment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were modern, clean and spacious, especially the bathrooms which had a very sleek design. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation to explore the city. Breakfast was a highlight with a good selection of options to start the day right.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The modern and spacious apartment catered for all our needs. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location, although outside the city center, was convenient with a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-furnished, making us feel right at home. The daily cleaning service and the option to order fresh bread every morning were much appreciated. We also loved the variety of amenities, including the sauna and the turkish bath. The free parking and the free wifi were additional bonuses. We can't wait to come back here!

Great view from the room balcony, the snow-covered mountains were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We received a free welcome drink on arrival, which was a nice touch. Easy access to public transportation.

The room was outdated and had old furniture. The bed was uncomfortable and made noise every time we moved.

Had a great time during our Christmas stay at the hotel. the wellness area was fantastic with various types of saunas to relax in after a long day of skiing. the breakfast was also great with a good variety of fresh food every day. the underground parking was a huge plus and made sure our car was safe from the snowstorms. Best aspects: the hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from the ski bus stop. the ski bus took us to the ski resort in just a few minutes.

That the hotel did not offer a kettle or cups for making coffee or tea in the room. Another issue was that the ski bus ran only until 8 PM, making it difficult to stay out late on the mountain.

We loved staying at this hotel! the wellness zone with four different saunas was a relaxing highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed the varied and tasty breakfast. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and practical. the location was perfect for accessing the nearby mountains and there was a nearby bus stop that made transportation easy.

Our only issue was the lack of a kettle and cups for making tea or coffee in our room.
